60-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee
If you try the Peptide Anti-Aging Serum and aren't satisfied — for any reason — within 60 days of delivery, contact us at contact@olieskin.com and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to return the product — even if the bottle is empty. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first order per household.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee (60 Days)
Your first order is covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your results after trying the product, email us within 60 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund — no return required, no return shipping required, no restocking fee, no questions. Empty bottles are welcome.
This guarantee applies to one order per household.
2. Standard Returns — Unopened Items
Outside the satisfaction guarantee, returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items.
To be eligible for a standard return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
The product shows no signs of use, damage, or tampering
Proof of purchase is provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept standard returns or refunds for:
Opened or used products (outside the 60-day satisfaction guarantee)
Items with broken seals or missing packaging
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Products that have been altered or tampered with
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
5. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
Individual skin responses vary. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product.
Refunds will not be issued due to personal reactions or dissatisfaction related to individual results — outside of the 60-day satisfaction guarantee period.
6. Refunds
If your return or guarantee claim is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (standard returns only)
We do not provide prepaid return labels
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, approved returns may be refunded, and a new order may be placed.
